01 What is NextMind?
We sell paid online accounts (ChatGPT, Canva, etc.) with local payment in LKR. You pick a service, pay, and we send you the login details.
02 How do I place an order?
- Choose the account from the list.
- Click “View details” → “Purchase on WhatsApp”.
- Send the message, we confirm price + payment method.
- You pay and we deliver the account details.
03 How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 10–60 minutes while we’re online. If it’s late-night or busy, it can take a bit longer – we always reply in WhatsApp with an ETA.
04 How do I pay?
We support local Sri Lankan payments. The exact methods are shown in the WhatsApp chat before you pay.
05 Are these accounts shared or private?
It depends on the product:
- Some are shared seats (cheaper).
- Some are personal accounts (only you).
Each card clearly shows “Shared” or “Personal”.
06 Can I change email or password?
Personal accounts: In most cases yes, you can change password (and sometimes email).
Shared accounts: Login details must stay as given.
We mention this clearly in the product details.
07 How long does the account last?
Almost all accounts are time-based (for example 1 month, 3 months). The duration is shown on each product card. After it ends, you can renew with another order.
